Welcome to “VKS-Grievance Redressal Portal”. This portal has been created to provide convenience to Students & Faculty by allowing them to lodge a grievance through their mobile phones or computers. This removes the need for them to appear at any location to file a physical grievance. Now filing of grievance as well as tracking the status of the same is possible online through this portal. This saves a large amount of time and effort.

The grievance will be addressed by the competent authority within a period of 3-5 working days. Students can provide feedback for the quality of resolution of grievance through a "Satisfied" / "Dissatisfied" option.

This portal would definitely help in improving the Academic session and also in transforming the University into more transparent, efficient and Student-centric mode.
