Important Guidelines for Participants
  • Punctuality: Students are requested to arrive well in advance of the scheduled start time.
  • Attire: All Students must wear the prescribed convocation dress code without exception.
  • Instructions: Kindly read and adhere to all guidelines and instructions carefully.
These directions are issued in accordance with the Bihar Chancellor’s Convocation Guidelines and are mandatory for all participants. Let us come together to celebrate the success, discipline, and spirit of learning that defines Veer Kunwar Singh University.

Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara is going to conduct its 7th Convocation 2026 on for all passed-out Graduate/Post Graduate/Ph.D & Other's students.

Convocation Fee

The degree recipients intending to attend the convocation should register online / offline by paying Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable).

Important Instructions

  • Collect Lemon Yellow Malaviya Pagdi & Yellow Angvashtram with Red Border (University Logo) on 24-01-2026 from 11:00 AM to 04:00 PM at the Convocation venue.
  • Bring original ID proof and payment receipt on 28-01-2026 for entry pass issuance.
  • Follow the dress code as per university guidelines.
  • Please ensure you are seated by 9:00 AM on January 28, 2026, for the Convocation Day ceremony.
